Nyah Jeff
Founding Instructor
Nyah is a Balanced Body–trained Pilates instructor with a B.S. in Kinesiology from the University of Houston. Rooted in the classical method and inspired by PT-based mentors, she believes movement is medicine. Expect calm yet challenging classes built on core foundations that leave you feeling snatched, strong, and aligned.
Talia Gonzalez
Founding Instructor
Talia is a certified STOTT Pilates instructor focused on building strength and mobility through functional movement. After a 2018 scoliosis diagnosis, she embraced Pilates for rehabilitation and now honors its original principles. Her sessions restore imbalances, re-mobilize the spine, and improve everyday movement through intentional programming and classical patterns.
Nina-Simone Beaver
Founding Instructor
As a former collegiate runner, Nina-Simone turned to Pilates to support her body and find a more sustainable way to build strength, recover well, and move with longevity. She’s known for gentle encouragement and a teaching style that creates space to grow, elevate and connect. Her classes are designed to help you feel energized, rooted in resilience, and balanced.
Christiana Floyd
Instructor
Christiana’s passion for Pilates began in college, where she discovered how movement and mindfulness can transform both body and mind. After working in a Pilates studio for three years, she had the privilege of learning from instructors who deepened her understanding of the practice. In early 2025, she completed my 500-hour certification and is excited to continue growing and sharing her love for Pilates with others.
Estela Valencia

Estela is a former dancer and ballerina who brings a blend of grace and strength to class. A proud Latina, she creates an inclusive, community-minded space where technique and expression meet. Her teaching champions the power of movement to transform body, mind, and spirit while building confidence and control.
Hanna Poage
Founding Instructor
Hanna is a BASI Certified Pilates instructor with a love for movement and connection. Her classes blend strength, flow, and mindful precision to create a full-body experience that leaves you feeling strong, balanced, and inspired. Known for her encouraging energy and genuine warmth, Hanna’s goal is to help each client discover the joy and confidence that pilates brings both on and off the mat.
Bayli Erickson
Instructor
Bayli is a proud Texas A&M Aggie who fell in love with Pilates during her college years, and never looked back. With ISSA certifications in Pilates and personal training, she mixes athletic reformer work with classical technique to create classes that are challenging, balanced, and energizing. Off the reformer, you’ll find Bayli taking class herself, rocking a matching set, and always chasing the next challenge.
Brianna Davis

Brianna is a 500 hr comprehensive certified pilates instructor. In her class you can expect the perfect blend of classical and athletic reformer to deepen your pilates practice while also offering a challenge. She looks forward to working with you!
