Meet Ōra

Ōra Pilates was born from the belief that every woman deserves a space where she feels seen, supported, and empowered. Founded by a mother, we understand how important it is to care for yourself while balancing the many roles we hold in life. This studio is a reflection of that journey — a place where strength and softness can coexist, and where movement becomes both grounding and liberating.

Inclusivity and diversity are at the heart of Ōra. We welcome women from all walks of life, honoring the unique stories, bodies, and experiences each of us carries. Here, Pilates is more than just a workout — it’s a shared practice that connects us, uplifts us, and reminds us that we are stronger together.

The name Ōra reflects the energy we radiate when we move with intention.

When you step into our studio, you’re not just building strength in your body — you’re cultivating a radiant aura that shines into every part of your life. Our goal is that you leave each class not only feeling more powerful physically, but also carrying a renewed sense of confidence, calm, and light.

At Ōra, you belong.

Meet The Team

Nyah Jeff

Founding Instructor

Hi, I'm Nyah, a balanced body-trained pilates instructor with a B.S. In kinesiology. My passion for pilates began during my time at the University of Houston, where I studied exercise science and entrepreneurship. Inspired by my classically trained, physical therapy-based teacher trainers, I fell in love with the classical method and its healing power. I believe movement is medicine, and my calm yet challenging classes focus on core foundations that leave you feeling snatched, strong, and aligned.
