Classes
These classes are designed for mothers who want to move and strengthen while keeping their little one close.
Babies 6 months or younger are welcome in a car seat during class, and there’s flexibility to feed, change, or engage with your baby. Classes are more relaxed, focusing on gentle, supportive movement that helps moms reconnect with their bodies. A signed waiver is required to participate.
Golden Hour Sculpt - All Levels Reformer Pilates
