Absolutely. Ōra has an Intro Class created for true beginners and for anyone who wants to revisit the foundations. You will learn how to set up the reformer, follow basic cues, connect with your breath, and move with control. You do not need to be strong, flexible, or coordinated before you arrive.

If you are completely new to the reformer, start with The Intro Class. It is slower and gives you time to understand the equipment, alignment, breathwork, and core engagement. Once you feel comfortable, you can move into the all-level class that best matches the pace and style you enjoy.

Ōra classes are 45 minutes long.

New clients need to arrive 10 minutes early. That gives you time to check in, meet your instructor, and become familiar with the reformer without feeling rushed.

Wear comfortable clothes that let you move freely. Fitted or gently streamlined clothing tends to work best because loose fabric can get in the way of the carriage or straps, and it helps your instructor see your alignment.

Yes. Grip socks are required for every class. If you do not already have a pair, contact the studio before your visit to ask about purchasing them.

Bring water and anything you personally need after class. The main thing is to arrive in time, wear grip socks, and let your instructor know that you are new.

Yes. Ōra offers Spanish-led Strength and Sculpt classes. Check the current schedule for days and times.

Yes. New clients can purchase two Intro Classes for $34 through Ōra’s buy-one-get-one first experience. It is available once per new client.

Membership benefits currently include early and priority booking, priority access to waitlists and high-demand classes, one complimentary guest pass each month, member-only experiences, member pricing for events, selected advanced or exclusive classes, and milestone or anniversary benefits. Benefits may vary by membership and can change.

Cancel at least six hours before your class starts to keep your class credit. If you cancel within six hours of the class start time, you lose the class credit and a $15 late-cancellation fee applies. If you do not attend and have not cancelled, you lose the class credit and a $25 no-show fee applies.

Send written notice by email to info@joinorapilates.com at least 30 days before you would like your membership to end. One final monthly payment is taken after you give notice, and then billing stops.
