Meet Ōra
Ōra Pilates was created for women who want more from movement than a workout. A place to feel strong, supported and at ease in your body, whatever season of life you’re in.
Founded by a mother, Ōra understands how much women carry. The studio was built around that reality, with classes that offer both challenge and care, structure and space, strength and softness.
We welcome women of all backgrounds, bodies and experience levels. Whether you’re brand new to Pilates or returning to your practice, Ōra is here to help you move with intention, build confidence and feel connected to yourself again.
The name Ōra speaks to the energy you carry with you after class. That feeling of standing a little taller, breathing a little deeper and leaving with more calm, strength and light.
At Ōra, you belong.
Our Approach
Every class is designed to help you move with more awareness, control and confidence. We focus on form, breath and steady progress, so your practice feels purposeful from start to finish.
Intentional movement
Ōra is a space shaped by women, for women. We welcome every body, every background, and every level of experience, with an environment that feels warm, inclusive, and supportive.
Women-led community
We believe strength should feel empowering, not intimidating. Our instructors guide you with care, helping you feel challenged, grounded, and more connected to yourself.
